After a body is found seemingly torn apart by dogs, rookie detective Terry Cazadores and his partner and mentor John Ward are sent to close this open and shut case. However the mystery seems to go deeper than anyone thought. Ward and Terry become swept up in a conspiracy involving their shared pasts as they uncover dangerous secrets that have costly consequences.
